We are part of the APG Network, a global airline representation and distribution organisation operating in 100+ countries, and are one of the region’s leading airline GSA representation companies.

In addition to traditional airline representation, APG USA provides ARC services for numerous airlines, manages APG Airlines (GP‑275), a global ticketing partner for US travel agencies, and offers APG Direct Connect, a next-generation NDC platform connecting agents to partner airlines.

Your Local Airline Representative

As the appointed General Sales & Services Agent (GSSA) for our partner airlines, we are your local, day to day contact. We are here to support you, answer your questions, and help you maximize every sales opportunity.

We support travel agents with:

  • Full sales and reservations support from our dedicated inside sales team
  • Account management and local market support
  • Incentive agreements and performance based deals
  • Commission support and sales negotiations
  • Airline news, promotions and product updates
  • Market insight and practical sales guidance
  • Direct coordination with the airline when required

We act as the link between you and the airline, providing responsive support and the backing you need to grow your business with confidence.

ARC Administrator Support

In the United States, we manage ARC settlement services on behalf of several partner airlines. We act as your direct point of contact for ARC-related matters, helping you resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
Our support includes:

  • Handling Agency Debit Memo (ADM) queries and disputes
  • Assisting with refund processing and follow-up
  • Resolving reporting irregularities and settlement discrepancies
  • Clarifying ARC billing and remittance questions
  • Supporting commission and incentive related queries
  • Coordinating directly with the airline on your behalf

Our role is to make ARC processes straightforward, protect your revenue, and ensure clear communication between you and the airline so you can focus on your clients.

Ticketing on APG Airlines

APG Airlines Grants You Access to a Wide Range of Airline Tickets

  1. Booking Process:
    1. Book your selected flights through your GDS in the usual manner.
    2. Choose GP as the ticketing option during the booking process.
  2. APG Airlines (GP) as Ticketing Option:
    1. Your GDS will display GP as a ticketing option when agreements exist with all airlines in your PNR.
  3. Ticketing on APG Airlines is Possible in the Following Cases:
    1. The partner airline is not a member of ARC.
    2. You do not have direct ticketing authority with the partner airline.
    3. The partner airline does not accept all or select credit cards (GP accepts credit cards).

APG Direct Connect

(NDC Platform)

APG Direct Connect is a ticketing platform which can assist travel agents in generating additional revenue by expanding their catalogue and by selling air and non-air ancillaries combined. Uniquely, the APG Direct Connect platform is promoted and supported in over 150 countries by the APG Network.

​APG Direct Connect is NDC-compliant using the latest XML technology and follows all IATA standards.
